    Lunch Break

Oops: Soros goes after Obama. Barry, you best not cross the man who brung ya to the dance.

Elgin Marbleized: I have no sympathy for this law suit. Clippers owner, Donald Sterling, may be a horrible, rotten, no good, racist. So? Being a dick is not against the law. Ask Keith Olbermann and Andrew Sullivan...Sterling also employed Elgin Baylor for decades. Sorry, dude, Obama won - the race card cannot longer trump the common sense card. And if you don't like how people talk in the workplace - you ought to try being gay in this country for a week. I know you are black in America - but you don't know the half of it, Elgin. In the "victim derby" gays win. Hands down.

Financial Injection: How to save the banks? Shoot up!

As I was saying: Obama's first month is a case study in how not to lead.

    Music:
Have I mentioned that I love classical guitar?

Entirely pointless trivia about me that I interject here because it makes me happy to do so: My mother won the Big Deal on Let's Make a Deal. (door #2 - FYI)

and Groucho: Because - uh - Do I need a reason?

    Lunch Break

Floating: Riverdaughter makes me so happy today I am floating approx a foot off the ground in my Koreatown flat.

There are many things that Sirota isn't getting about the past election that I'd like to clear up for him: Obama ran a terrible campaign. I know that goes against conventional wisdom but that's why it is conventional and not always right. Obama threw tons of money in the big states and lost.

    Read it all here.

Finally someone said it! Obama's campaign was not "great!" It was weak and relied on zombies. Without the relentless handjob from the media, the machinations of George Soros, Howard Dean, and Donna "I'm loud, big, and black! So you better listen to me!" Brazille, and ham fisted caucus packing lead by lobotomized punks in Che "Sure I killed children but I looked cool doing it!" Guevara shirts, and pothead, 50 something, entitlement brat hippies - Obama would never have been appointed nominee.

Music: Pop from the 50'. Ritchie Valens.

Groucho again: I am feeling very "Marx Brothers" this week. Also, let us never forget the delightful Margaret Dumont. Hail Freedonia!

    Have a wonderful afternoon.

Lunch Break - Dangerous Pod edition.

Dangerous: I know some of you loath any mention of Hitler as it might relate to 2009 America - so delete "Adolf" and insert "dictator". The Democratic Underground is openly speculating about an Obama dictatorship - not with fear but hope. Some of them WANT to give President Fraud all power. As I've said all year: Obama Pods are dangerous.

Paging Dr. Obama and Dr. Pelosi:
There is a call from the AARP on line one... Stimulus secretly screws seniors...

    Puke:
I won't stain this blog with these clips of Obama Pods. Go look, it you haven't already. These people are DANGEROUS FREAKS. I am looking forward to the blow back against the Pods that is coming from real people. I am looking forward to it enormously.

Goodbye Hope: From hope to doomsday

    Trojans undefeated: 29-0

Trivia about me that I am interjecting for no reason: I love Green Acres.

Gigantic Garage Sale: Crown Jewels coming to a Craig's List near you.

Crazy or Realistic? Need cash? Print your own.

    Music: Post 2000 Pop.

At the suggestion of a reader - who must have access to my Ipod - Satellite by Guster.

I shot an elephant in my pajamas. How he got in my pajamas I'll never know.

Bob Barker claims he had nothing to do with the accident.

Lunch Break - it only looks random....

First: I believe the last day of the Muslim festival Eid-ul-Adha is today. Eid-ul-Adha a religious festival to commemorate the willingness of Abraham to sacrifice his son Ishmael (But God relents and accepts an animal instead....pheeeew!) I understand this holiday is a time for family gatherings, charitable giving and wearing your finest. So have a great Eid-ul-Adha!

    A quote:
From the moment I picked up your book, to the moment I set it down I was convulsed with laughter. Someday I intend on reading it.

    Groucho Mark

You Have No Say: Think congress controls the purse strings? Think again. The command economy is here. Call it socialism, statism or whathefu*kism...Whose in charge? Not you and me....And to contradict the repeated propaganda of the moment - The big three automakers CAN fail. And probably should.

Seriously: What is wrong with people?

    Congrats Rey!

Depression Tip: Storable butter. You won't ever see me go total vegan because I LOVES me some butter.

Local note: Gays on Ice. Pershing Square gets a little more fabulous later this month with Gays on Ice, a fun-filled event planned as an LA Foodbank benefit at the park’s winter ice rink.
