Obama goes further than W: This is a radical assertion that is utterly unprecedented. No one-not the White House, not the Justice Department, not any member of Congress, and not the Bush Administration-has ever interpreted the law this way.
The moment after: Right after his election some remarked how Chicago Slim looked like a ton of bricks hit him...as if he was told just how bad things were. I do not think this. I think right after the biggest night of his life he was taken into a room by Larry Summers, Soros, and more men of that ilk and told:
