The Obama campaign and its "contributors"

This explains a lot: The junior senator from Illinois, who has been in office a little more than two years, is growing his supporter base in a non-traditional way. People who buy Obama campaign hats, buttons and bumper stickers are being counted as part of that record breaking number of contributors. This little fact certainly dovetails nicely with the "flavor of the month" aspect of Obama's campaign .
The Obama campaign is all about trendiness and misdirection. The guy is dangerously unqualified to be President. But he does look nice.
