Rudy is full of S*#t.

Why hasn't any of the GOP candidates simply said "Rudy Giuliani CHOSE to put New York's command center in the basement of the World Trade Center after it had been attacked once, and he knew it would be a target again."
Besides the 47 marriages, the creepy mob connections etc etc - the fact is that Rudy has terrible security credentials. The man is a bonehead and a phony. HE PUT THE CITY'S COMMAND CENTER IN THE WORLD TRADE CENTER AFTER IT WAS ATTACKED IN 1993.
A 5th grader is smarter...
