Where are the goddamn patriotic Republicans?

I am already sick of Bush dancing for Malaria or whatever that clip is, oh and did you know that Laura and George feel THE MOST PAIN OF ALL OF US about the war.
Including families of Soldiers who have died. Including Iraqi children who have had their legs blown off. This administration is a cult. Period.
As for Bush dancing, and having MORE confidence in Alberto Gonzalez after his Special Ed. testimony last week and the "surge is working" bullshit, and I have full confidence in Paul Wolfowitz - who now needs a "coach" - to help him with his World Bank Presidenting - I am reminded of the Simpsons episode in which Ned Flanders becomes able to see the future. He tells Homer not to go in to work at the nuclear plant because he has had a vision of him blowing up Springfield. Homer says "But it's Lenny's birthday and we are having ice cream cake." Flanders says "But you'll blow up the whole city!" As Homer drives away he wails "But ICE CREAM CAKE!!!"
Imagine another 21 more months of these pea brains running things? The dangerous reality of the world Bush and the Neo-cons created will never get through to the Oval Office. W is gonna have his ICE CREAM CAKE!!! Cuz he be President. Congress must do everything it can to limit the power of the Admin until it is over. Including impeachment.

David I - at Wapo has a piece today about the contempt "prominent Republicans" have for the current Admin, and the damage it is doing to the country. He writes : I spoke with a half-dozen prominent GOP operatives this past week, most of them high-level officials in the Reagan and Bush I and Bush II administrations, and I heard the same devastating critique: This White House is isolated and ineffective; the country has stopped listening to President Bush, just as it once tuned out the hapless Jimmy Carter; the president's misplaced sense of personal loyalty is hurting his party and the nation.
Bush is hurting the nation but none of the Republicans will speaking openly. It is past time that patriotic Republicans speak out about the incompetence of the Bush White House.
