Bush, the failure, is irrelevant

Anyone else noticed that the "Iraq Study Group" is making Bush/Cheney irrelevant to the very war they created.
Imagine FDR and Winston Churchill needing a "study group" 4 years into WW2 in order to figure out how to win.
Bush is a the worst President ever.
